Who has to pay the bill for this? I would understand if there were a baby that really had a chance there. I think they need to stick the hospital with the bill for this and put the baby up for adoption or foster care, into a loving home where it is wanted, if it even survives this.

My son is 7, in first grade and is having difficulty reading. He is in the reading recovery program and is thankfully reading at grade level now. We (his grandma and I) do his homework every day. We also do flash cards of sight words, read extra books, and read to him. We do our part.
